Cancellation Policy
​
For courses, Oyster Community Press CIC will refund the course payment, minus an administration fee of 25% if you cancel your place up to 10 days prior to the course start date. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for cancellations less than 10 days before the course starts.
For workshops, (one day & half day) Oyster Community Press CIC will refund the workshop payment, minus an administration fee of 25% if you cancel up to 48 hours prior to the workshop date.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours before the workshop starts. Oyster Community Press CIC reserves the right to reproduce work printed In our workshops and courses for publicity and promotional purposes.
HOW TO BOOK A COURSE OR WORKSHOP

To print the sheet: hover over the form, right click on the mouse, select 'open image in new tab', then Ctrl+P and print the image.
If paying by cheque, print out & post this form to Tower St Print Project, Tower House, 17 Tower Street, Ipswich, IP1 3BE, along with a cheque made payable to Oyster Community Press CIC. If you have online banking and would prefer to pay by bank transfer to our account please email us for our account details. Alternatively cash payments can be made in person to the office, by arrangement. PLEASE NOTE: If you are already a Friend of Tower Street, please apply the appropriate discount to the quoted prices.

Payment in full is required to confirm your place when making your booking for a course or individual workshop. Your booking will be payable 2 weeks in advance of the date of your course/workshop.
